Minimum Requirement for Application:
There are no age restrictions for Chevening Scholarships. To qualify for a Chevening Scholarship, you must:
• be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country at the time of applying for the award, and intend to return there at the end of the period of study (you must also be available to attend an interview in your home country);
• hold a degree that is equivalent to at least an upper second-class honours degree in the UK;
• demonstrate that you have achieved the minimum Chevening English language requirement (set out below);
• have completed at least two years' work or equivalent experience before applying (including voluntary work and paid or unpaid internships);
• be able to obtain the correct visa (in accordance with the instructions for your county at www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/countries), and receive an unconditional offer from a UK university.
