1. Application is open from 7 January 2013 until 15 April 2013 (which means SPM results should be out around 3rd or 4th week of March). Don't forget to get PIN number from Bank which costs RM10.60 for SPM leavers and Rm15.60 for STPM/Matric/Diploma leavers. You can refer to this document : http://upu.mohe.gov.my/portal/epanduan/panduan_bsn.pdf on how to obtain the PIN number.

2. Note that application for IPTA, Politeknik Premier, Politeknik, , ILPs, and Kolej Komuniti are done using the same process. Not sure what is IPTA, Politeknik premier etc means? Refer below.

4. Note that USM is handling its own applications, so you have to apply separately for USM at https://pohon.usm.my/ and is open until 14 April 2013. Refer to this link for details: USM 2013 Application is open!
5. Not sure about the courses and their requirements? Do check your kelayakan (qualification) for the IPTA you choose at this link: http://imascu.upu.mohe.gov.my/ (available after 14 January due to maintenance) 6. Please be aware of the following constraints: non-bumiputra SPM Leavers: Can apply for all diploma programs, Asasi Sains Pertanian at UPM and all Asasi programs at UPNM. bumiputra SPM leavers: can apply all diploma and asasi programs at all IPTA/TEVT. SPM leavers cannot apply for bachelor degree programs. STPM/Foundation/Matriculation/Pre-U/Diploma holders: Can apply for Bachelor degree programs. 7. The UPU application can be only once, but you can edit it up to three 3 times. After that, your application will be final. For some of the courses, you may be required to attend interview after being shortlisted. Be aware of such requirements!

i would like to ask, if i got matrikulasi ,did i still get the upu offer?
yes, they do accept, but since application for this year is closed, you have to apply next year along with the stpm leavers. this is because our education system is catered for our own secondary school schedule at the momment, so it doesnt jive with the foreign syllabus/exams dates.
she can apply using spm results as there's no age limit, but in reality, the older you are the lesser chance of getting a place as you have to compete with fresh spm leavers. so, the chances are very low.
this year's application is closed, so have to wait till next year jan/feb (around the time spm results are released).
why not consider in IPTS, or resit STPM rather than hoping to get place in IPTA?
my sis finish her spm in 2009.then she did form 6.But she didn't det good results and she she already 21st old ready.She apply ipta with spm results for this year but she didn't get.If she want 2 apply 4 this year again means can ah?How?Can i get website for it?
you cant change course easily. you have to appeal and that only when you have already enrolled. there's no clear procedure and you have to refer to your uni for details. would take lot of effort.
its a foundation program, open to all SPM leavers. minimum 6As. its for science stream students.
Can i know what really meant by asasipintar course at UKM??? its foundation program for science stream or art stream?? tq!!!
